Purposes and legal bases
- Email and phone enquiries – we process data you voluntarily provide (name, email, phone, message content) to respond. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) or steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Technical server logs – IP address, request time, URL, user agent and similar data may be recorded temporarily to operate and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use analytics or marketing cookies and do not run third-party tracking pixels.
Cookies and similar technologies
Under Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications, consent is required only for cookies that are not strictly necessary. This site uses only necessary technologies; we therefore do not ask for cookie consent.

Site language (Slovak / English) is determined by the URL; no language cookie is stored.
Google Maps
The interactive Google Maps embed in the footer does not load automatically. It loads only after you click “Show map”. After that click, your browser contacts Google servers (Google Ireland Limited) and your IP address and other technical data may be transferred under Google’s privacy policy:
policies.google.com/privacy.
Recipients and transfers
We do not sell personal data. Hosting and website maintenance may involve processors bound by contract. When the Google map is loaded (only after your click), data is processed by Google under its own rules.
Retention
- Enquiry correspondence – for the time needed to handle the request and a reasonable period under legitimate interest / legal duties.
- Server logs – according to normal operations practice (typically short-term).

Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability (where applicable), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send requests to info@kolarms.sk.
You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Cookie supervision
Supervision of storing or accessing information on terminal equipment under Section 109(8) of the Electronic Communications Act is exercised by the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (teleoff.gov.sk).
